March 5: Earth Eyes

As we continue our Lenten series "Transformative Elements of Lent," Rev. Julie Flowers considers the notion of Earth Eyes--the ways that our vision lacks the lofty breadth of God's vision, and how we may have our vision and our hearts transformed by God's unending love. The Scripture for today is John 9, 1-7, the story of the blind man who regained his sight after Jesus placed mud on his eyes.
